Sustainable Lifestyle
We plan communities that eliminate negative externalities and waste at the source: green belts, Vaastu orientation, permeable surfaces, and designs that age gracefully into their landscape.
From iron-ore mining that fed Bhilai Steel Plant in 1958, to Coal India, to irrigation works across Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Orissa. Today the same family builds sustainable lifestyle communities on our own land bank in Chhattisgarh.
When Shri Sampat Lal Jain took his first contract in 1958, supplying iron ore from Dalli-Rajhara to the newly commissioned Bhilai Steel Plant, he was not starting a company. He was beginning a covenant.
That covenant passed to his son Shri Satish Jain, who carried the family name through Coal India's mines and transport lines. It passed again to his grandson Shourya Jain, who channelled it into something more personal: sustainable neighbourhoods built on land the family owns outright, for families who want to belong somewhere for a generation.
Shourya Infraventure is not a developer chasing plots. It is the next line of a ledger our family has kept honestly since 1958.
Everything we design, acquire and deliver is measured against these four commitments, the same ones the Jain family has honoured since 1958.
We plan communities that eliminate negative externalities and waste at the source: green belts, Vaastu orientation, permeable surfaces, and designs that age gracefully into their landscape.
RERA, TNC, Vikas Anugya, Panchayat approvals, Completion Certificates, Vaastu plans, partnership deeds. Every document is in order before a single plot is reserved. Compliance is not a checkbox; it is our operating floor.
Internal tar roads, underground drainage, proper electricity poles, ample green belts of over 30,000 sq.ft., children's parks, commercial frontage. What you see on the brochure is what you receive at possession.
"Our relations are known to last life-long." Our grandfather's phrase is still our promise, through handover, registration, possession, and every monsoon that follows.
We do not flip; we assemble. Plots are carved from parcels the family has held since 2013, on roads we helped industrialise. Your neighbour's wall won't move next year, because we own what is next to it.
RERA No. PCGRERA040718000446. Every layout is TNC-approved. E-Brochures, approved layouts, Vikas Anugya, partnership deed and demo imagery are all yours to audit, before you decide.
6.93 acres between Raipur-Balodabazar and Tilda-Balodabazar highways. A 104-plot Vaastu-compliant township with commercial frontage, positioned at the seam of Chhattisgarh's fastest-industrialising corridor.
As the estate market in Raipur is saturated, we have chosen to build where India is actually growing, in the semi-urban corridors of Kharora and Tilda, beside the plants, colleges and power stations that are defining Chhattisgarh's next decade.Shourya Jain, Partner
When industry, education, power and transport converge, appreciation follows. Here is what sits within a short drive of Shourya Navdwar.
At Shourya Infraventure we are committed on all humanitarian and professional levels. We have been known for building and maintaining relations, be it our partners, clients, shareholders or employees.
Our relations are known to last life-long. Three generations later, that is still the ledger we balance, in every plot, every registration, every monsoon.
Every enquiry is handled personally by a family member. We welcome visits to the Kharora site, and to our office at Kusum Complex, Shankar Nagar, Raipur.
