Mission
To develop sustainable lifestyle-based projects that eliminate negative externalities and waste, on land the family holds directly, delivered with complete statutory compliance and documented quality.
Three generations of names, one ledger of promises kept. This is the story of Shourya Infraventure, not as a real-estate company, but as the newest chapter of a family legacy that began in an iron-ore quarry in 1958.
In 1958, Shri Sampat Lal Jain received a contract at Dalli-Rajhara to mine and supply iron ore to the newly commissioned Bhilai Steel Plant. The country was being built, literally, and our family was supplying the metal.
In 1975 the family's work expanded into Coal India: coal transportation and coal mining. It was not glamorous, but it was essential, and the name "Jain" entered the ledgers of half of India's heavy industry in the space of two decades.
In 1983 the family's partnership firm was formally incorporated. In the years that followed, Shri Satish Jain moved the family's work into irrigation, executing contracts for the Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Orissa Irrigation Departments.
In 2013, the third generation, Shourya Jain, began acquiring private land around Raipur, signalling a deliberate pivot toward the family's next discipline: sustainable, buyer-first real estate development. That pivot is what Shourya Infraventure is today.
Shourya Infraventure exists to do one very specific thing: bring a family's century of contracting discipline, meaning compliance, stewardship and relationship, to the Indian household's most important purchase.
To develop sustainable lifestyle-based projects that eliminate negative externalities and waste, on land the family holds directly, delivered with complete statutory compliance and documented quality.
To make Chhattisgarh's semi-urban corridors, like Kharora, Tilda and the industrial belts beyond, the best-planned and best-served neighbourhoods of the state, with Shourya as a family name buyers know they can trust for a generation.
Our grandfather's contracts were executed under Central PSU audit. Our irrigation work was delivered to state engineering specs. That same discipline, auditability and documentary rigour is how we run our real estate. RERA, TNC, Vikas Anugya, partnership deeds and completion certificates included.
Our grandfather wrote the firm's code in one line: "Our relations are known to last life-long." Every buyer, partner, shareholder and employee is treated as someone whose family we will still know in twenty years, because we probably will.
Shourya Infraventure is a partnership firm in the truest sense: three generations of the same family are personally and jointly accountable for every acre, every plot, every signature.
Patriarch
Founder of the family's infrastructure practice. First contract: iron-ore supply to Bhilai Steel Plant, 1958. Incorporated the family firm in 1983. His code, "relations that last life-long", is still our first KPI.
Managing Partner
Expanded the family portfolio through Coal India from 1975 (coal transportation and coal mining) and into irrigation contracts across the UP, MP and Orissa Irrigation Departments. Oversees today's execution, compliance and financial governance.
Partner, Real Estate
The visionary grandson of Shri Sampat Lal Jain was primarily responsible for expanding and diversifying the family business into other verticals like real estate, manufacturing and service sector businesses, by utilising and strategically integrating family business and market requirements to create an ecosystem.
I founded Shourya Infraventure as a partnership that spans generations. My hands laid the foundation, my son's strength built upon it, and now my grandson's vision carries it forward. Our work in real estate is not merely business; it is a legacy we build brick by brick.Shri Sampat Lal Ji
