Who is Shourya Jain?

Shourya Jain is a Raipur based entrepreneur who runs two businesses, one in the service economy and one in real estate.

He is the founder of The Laundry Bag, an on-demand commercial and retail laundry brand he started in 2014. The Laundry Bag provides professional laundry, dry-cleaning and linen-management services to hotels, hospitals, students and households across Raipur and other Indian cities, and operates as a Built-Own-Operate linen partner for leading hotel and hospital groups.

He is also the third-generation real estate partner at Shourya Infraventure, the Jain family infrastructure firm of Raipur, Chhattisgarh that was established in 1958. He is the grandson of Shri Sampat Lal Jain, who began the family's infrastructure work with iron-ore mining at Dalli-Rajhara for the Bhilai Steel Plant, and the son of Shri Satish Jain, the firm's Managing Partner.

Within the family firm, Shourya Jain led the 2013 pivot into sustainable real estate and private land acquisition. He is the developer behind Shourya Navdwar, a RERA-registered plotted township at Kharora, Raipur (registration PCGRERA040718000446).
